(More customer reviews)This is a great book.I don't have one personally yet, but I borrowed one my friend's, and it's awesome.It has the piano part with the sax part above it and the pull out sax section just like it says, with only the sax part.Everything is transcibed pretty well.It doesn't have the solos that Dave plays himself, but some of them can be found in "The Best of Dave Koz" book which has everything transcibed in it.Or you can interpret the solo sections your own way with the chords that are written on top.This book is great if you are looking to play with a rhythm section, by yourself, or you can play along with Dave on his CD.If you're trying to sound a little bit more like Dave, this book (and others too) will help you get there.Just make sure you have enough time to order it as it may take a while to actually get it in your hands.Have fun playing!

(More customer reviews)These series of Legends of Jazz DVDs is a collection to have for all Jazz enthusiasts. I can watch these collection over and over again, without getting bored. I particularly liked the Brazilian series and the Jazz singers with Kurt Elling and Al Jarreau.

The first volume featured such jazz luminaries as Phil Woods, George Duke and Al Jarreau.This, the second volume, features four areas of jazz, "The Piano Masters," "Roots: The Blues," "The American Songbook" and "Latin Jazz."Generous servings of each is presented by artists Billy Taylor, Dave Brubeck, Keb' Mo', Robert Cray, John Pizzarelli, Joan Monheit, Eddie Palmieri, and Dave Valentin.

Eddie and Dave give stunning performances.Salsa with an extra side of habanaros peppers.

Dave Brubeck and Billy Taylor are as fresh as ever and prove it with new performances of "Someday My Prince Will Come" and "All The Things You Are."

(More customer reviews)I was blown away when I got a copy of Larry Carlton instructional DVD Vol.1. The concepts and techniques were really helpful in my playing. Vol 2 picks up where he left of with more improvisational ideas and tools for playing. Larry to me is the perfect role model for me as I love blues and jazz guitar styles. I'll get all of Larry's DVDs if there's any more I'd find!
