(More customer reviews)I decided to purchase this book to gain some more insight into mastering techniques and theory. Have to say, I am really disappointed as I have spent my money for no real value.

A few pages on EQ and Compression is not enough for a Mastering instructional book.
The theory provided in this book could easliy have been found using Google.

For such a small book, there was far too much information about cables that could almost be confused as info-mercials with the convenient product recommendations.

Positively, there is a good summary on industry standards used for CD mastering.
