(More customer reviews)A colleague and I just finished a 5-day camp with 21 students divided into four levels. We were MOST pleased with the curriculum offered in the Alfred books. We used some supplemental material but they serve as a great "core" and it's a nice change of pace for both us as teachers and the students.

Each book contains five 8-page units, each including note reading, intervals, sight reading, rhythm and note values, ear training, music symbols, terms and a composer page.Three group games are included in each book to provide additional incentives to excel.The books correlate with Alfred's Basic Piano Library, Levels 1A-3, but can be used with any method.
