Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I understand the author of this book was dying as he wrote it.I therefore hate to criticise it too severely, but the truth is, it should not have been published. It is full of factual errors, and absurd assertions, that anyone with a reasonable knowledge of musicals will spot quickly.
The editorial standards for books about musicals seem to be extremely low. This is far from the first book on the topic to be riddled with errors. Is it so hard to send a manuscript to someone with the knowledge to fact-check it?
