The Don Grolnick Collection (Transcribed) Review

The Don Grolnick Collection [Paperback]

Superb collection of carefully assembled lead sheets, chord voicings, remembrances, and general analysis of the Don Grolnick aesthetic.

The discography, however, is rather disturbingly incomplete--where are the Bob Berg, Brian Auger, Hiram Bullock, and Joe Beck albums?

The most glaring omissions, however, are among the lead sheets--where, oh where, are "Cactus" and "The Diamond Method," signature Don Grolnick compositions if ever there was one?
