(More customer reviews)This Opera Libretto Collection by Ricordi is nice. However, the translation is not a literally translation but singable version. Maybe you can compare it with the Ricordi's vocal score of La Gioconda with Italian and English version. I think it is alike. If you want to read the literally translation, I suggest you to purchase the CD which contains libretto like Callas' La Gioconda for instance. It's closer to the each sentence's meaning.
