(More customer reviews)this is a good basic edition for the piano student.the book contains varied works of Grieg, including some beautiful, poignant, little-known songs of his that he arranged for piano solo. the German texts for these are printed in the book, and help the performer to understand the depth of feeling the composer intended in each piece. the book itself is not bound well, and doesn't seem as sturdy as some other editions. with care, though, it is a good resource for studying Grieg's piano music.
