I ordered this book as a companion for the CD.I was disappointed that the pages are choral size rather than typical folio size;however, the music is well laid out, and the melodies and three-part harmonies are easy to learn. We've performed three songs from the book in different worship settings and haven't seemed to miss the "Celtic" sound prevalent on the CD's.The style and content are not cutting edge, but the lyrics are solid with decent scores that don't need much tweaking for a performance. Some of the songs are older favorites that we've since phased out, but we're looking to add "Revival" to our line-up.Guitar sheets and lyric sheets are included for each song.
