The book is quite good. It gives a good overview of the different possible injuries and techniques for preventing them. It does has a very `new age, holistic ' slan, and sometimes seems to discourage traditional (scientific)approaches. It has been written with the lay person in mind, and doesn't gointo too much depth in the medical discussions.
Although I enjoyed thebook, I can't help feeling that at by the end of the book I hadn't reallylearnt anything new.
