(More customer reviews)I purchased this item on December 3rd, 2008, and today is January 6th, and I've still NOT received it.What upsets me is my youngest daughter used her own money to buy this for her sister for Christmas and we never received it.I emailed the seller and he did email me back and said that he's been trying to shut his account down with Amazon for a year and they still haven't done so.The seller is supposed to be mailing the piano book to me on the 12th of this month.Hopefully, we will receive it.
I'm not impressed with the lack of communication between the seller and Amazon, and how hard it is to try and get your money back!!
