Geared toward the beginner, this book teaches rhythms within a single string format, so understanding complex chord structures is not a requirement. It is required that you work outside the single string concept and eventually apply the same techniquest to chordal structures, but you can handle this at your own pace, while still learnign a lot about the Blues beat.
