The hymns are intertwined with classical pieces like Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring, Bach's Prelude in D Major, Saint-Saiens' Le Cygne, the Moonlight Sonata....just to name a few. Due to the familiarity of the classical pieces, I found the hymn arrangements in this book were fairly easily mastered in a short amount of time. I love more traditional music during worship, and every piece in here is beautiful and a true aid to worship. As a church pianist, I highly recommend this book.
